SWS 250 waterpumps

Replacing the waterpump in my 1996 SWS 250. Do the three washers above the impellor (two flat washers and on wave washer) go above or below the SS cartrige. My shop manual shows them below, however the part book online shows them above.

Starting at the top of impeller it goes
Flat washer, wave washer, flat washer, plastic collar, metal collar.

Where does the SS impellor housing fit in that list of things, above the metal collar ? Does'nt seem like that it could go on top of the plastic and metal collars. Thanks for your reply .

The impeller housing fits down over it all.
