is 2 stroke synthetic better?

I never really knew there was such a thing as 2 stroke synthetic oil. I purchased a bottle of Shell Nautilus synthetic 2 stroke oil but it doesn't have the tcw3 rating so I don't know what to think.
The best oil I can find is Amsoil synthetic but it also does not have the tcw3 certification.

I use Penzoil 100% Synethic oil in my Polaris Jet ski.(2 stroke)

I burns cleaner(different) than the regular stuff.

It is somewhat difficult to "read" the plugs (for carb adjustments) since deposits are less.

Seems like it is just a superb oil. It is also TCW3 spec.
