Yamaha 15hp remote conversion

I have a 4 stroke 2001 15hp manual start, short shaft outboard that I want to convert to remote throttle, shift and steering. I have bought the 66M-48501-00 remote conversion kit but I obviously need some parts to handle the steering. Can anyone help me out with a parts list?
