Battery Charging

I have a new 2008 2-stroke 50TLR. Can it support charging both the starting battery and a deep cycle battery? Currently it only charges the starting battery. If so what is the best way to accomplish this.

you could try a Split charge relay or just wire them in parallel.

I just pull my deep cycle for the TM as soon as I leave the water (the boat is stored at the state park) and put a 10 amp automatic charger on it as soon as I get home. A slight pain taking it out each time, but it only take a couple of minutes. I have 60TLR. I have never been sure it would get a full charge with any other arrangement. My last battery lasted 7 years.
