Twin 150 Alarms

Can anyone tell me how to turn off the alarm that I get when I shutdown one of my twin Yamaha F150's? I shutdown my Starboard motor due to no water from the tell tale and almost went nuts with the alarm until I got back to the dock.

It does have a stall alarm, if engine stalls it sounds alarm but should go off if turn that key off.

Answer to Constant Alarm

With two keys and two motors running, if one is shut down the alarm sounds even if you take the key out of the consol.

If you shutdown the second motor, then restart the alarm will stop.

Figured it out last night by trial and error.

I had a similar problem.. I was sea trialing and I shut down each motor 1 at a time and the alarm went off when I turned the key back to the on position but instead of shutting down the second motor I dropped down to idle then alarm went off.Dont know if you would have the same results..
