YDS Help!

I Have recently purchased the YDS (Yamaha Diagnostics Software) and interface wire to maintain a used boat I just purchased equipped with twin
F115 Outboards. The problem I am having is when i connect the laptop to the engine and connect using YDS I am only able to select "Scan Tool". I am not able to access Maintenace information nor logged data, they are both not able to be "clicked". As a result I am unable to see any previous faults or the total hours on the engines. Any suggestions??

Those two menu's are only for F300, F350 motors.

Thanks for the reply......So is there anyway to tell if the engines have ever alarmed and for what reason? Also is there any way to tell the amount of hours on the engines?
