tach wiring

Anyone have wiring diagram for '04 & '05 F225 4 strokes tach leads at motors. Colors are different from harness just want to make sure I get it right.

If you are using the digital gauges with trim/oil harness just connect the off white colored square connectors on motor to the off white colored square connectors on trim/oil harness(wire colors may not be same).

Only problem is I am replacing a Faria harness that was retrofitted for Yamaha and they cut wires when rigged

Exactly what gauges are you installing?

Yamaha digital tachs (1) '04 & (1) '05

Then you would need a 68F-82553-90-00 Yamaha Trim/Oil harness for the 2004 and a 6Y5-83653-10-00 for the 2005, then the Yamaha gauges will plug up to harness.
