yamaha m#6sj what do I need?

I was just given a yamaha 6sj and am not sure last time it ran or anything. Is there anything I should replace before using (fluids,sparkplugs,etc..)everything looks really clean,just don't want to mess up a free motor.

Change the lower unit oil. May need new water pump and carb cleaned.
