Water Circulation/Temp Problem

I have a 96 Yamaha 200 hp outboard motor. I just replaced two thermostats and the complete water pump assembly, but is still not circulating through engine and out the pee hole. I am able to blow air through the pee hole, and it exits through the lower foot. Can anyone help>

Make sure you are running in the water and not on a flush attachment. Check the pressure control valve. If all thats ok then probably still a problem with water pump.
