'01 115 2 stroke Yamaha been sitting

for 1.5 years. I did fire it up last summer but didn't take it out due to gas costs. It ran and I did disconnect the fuel and run it out and put the battery on automatic charge. I plan to dump the old fuel, check the battery, replace the 10 micron filter and change the lower unit oil. What else should I do to get it water ready.

See how it runs, if doesn't run right then carbs would have to be cleaned.
