200/250 heads

Is it possible to put 250 heads on a '99 v200tlrx. If so what would be the difference than just having a "shave" done. Customer sts compression is 101psi across the board give or take 3-4 psi. If your going to spend the money hopping it up the should "ring it" also. Which heads are compatiable? What say you high speed guru's???

the bore is larger for the 225, 250. you should be able to check gasket part no's.

So, how much shoud be shaved? What should be fac. compression? 101-105 seems low. Does anyone else still make reeds for this engine?
