1995 225 hp V6 76 degree engine with engine overhaul 2 years ago.
spark good, compression good, rebuilt carburetors, checked fuel supply by connecting clean fuel in offline tank and running engine off this fuel. filters recently replaced and still have dead spot under pressure when try to get on plane, also when at 4200 rpm's and come off to 3800 rpm's it drops into this dead spot and cuts out. If start slow and stay under 2000 rpm no issues and smooth and if stay at 4000 rpm+ no issue. checked crankshaft position sensor, throttle position sensor and functioning properly. FRUSTRATED HELP!
