HPDI "Pressure Relief Valve" Replacement Tips

I wanted to know if anyone could give me any tips on removing and replacing a “Pressure Relief Valve” on my 2001 150 HPDI Model VZ150Z.

It looks like it’s hard to get to without removing something to get at it?

i remove the cdi cover and unplug the harnesses to more easily access the prv
