Dead on water

went fishing over the weekend riding 30mph hit the throttle moved about 100feet & the boat stop with motor still screaming. pulled back on the gas & then forward the boat went no where ,prop spon only with the current. put the throttle in N then back in gear ,there was no grab when i went back in gear. any ideals help

Carry a spare prop and the spanners to change it , Cheap insurance for a days fishing getting there and getting back !!
