elevated engine heights, 90hp -92

Hi
How high is the max elevated engine heights?
Is it ok if the lowest part of the stern is in level with the middle of the water intake?
Will the engine get enough cool water?

The general rule is make the anticavitation plate even with bottom of boat, but different boat hulls will allow different heights, step hulls can be higher than flat bottoms
