93 250 Timing?

How do I check the timing on my 93 250.

Full advance is 18 degrees. Idle is -6 degrees.

My Yam manual doesnt say how to set it and I didnt see any numbers on the flywheel. Any tips on how to do it?

The timming is set by the ECU and cannot be adjusted.
