Dear custommer service,
You say you ship internationaly but it is impossible to order from you outside US why ?
You do not reply from email quote, several mails, why ?
In september I ordered Yamaha parts ($296) and paid by Paypal.
I waited 1 month but no news, no answer to my mails, why ?
I opened a dispute to Paypal and then you answered me at least, you did not ship my parts because there was 2 orders
I told you no matter but "ship my parts" but you refunded my account, ok many thanks, but what I want is to buy Yamaha parts.
I need two 64E-43820-00-00 Yamaha PISTON SUB ASSY ($245), could you do something for me ?

I do apologize for any delay that has occurred. I would be happy to assist you and resolve the issue at hand; however, I will need an order or reference number to investigate further. Without being able to look at the order/s, I would assume that the order could have been canceled and the parts subtotal refunded due to shipping/handling fees to France not being received in a timely manner. As far as responding to emails, there might have been an email error as all emails are answered within 24 hours. I will do an internal search to find out exactly what has occurred with the email inquiries.
