  • Yamaha Fuel Lines?

Are the fuel lines on my 91 Yamaha 250 safe for ethanol? There are all the small lines on the motor and the thinwall line from the motor to the transom seems to be the same material. Grey with a red stripe.

    Thanks

I'm going to leave the Yamaha lines and change the main lines in the hull to get ready for E10.

        AV fuel

Anyone hear of using (AV Fuel) Aviation fuel instead of just the regular kind of fuel in their tank?
I heard it to be 100% ethanol free.

Aviation fuel as I understand it is 100 octane LEADED gas and not recommended by Yamaha. The leaded gas will damage O2 sensors.
