Yamaha 2000 - 100hp four stroke

Tried to start yesterday after not using for a month. Engine wouldn't turn over with fully charged battery. Pulled oil dip stick and oil and gas mixture was filled to top. The motor has about 150 hours on it and is in new condition. Is it possible to pump the gas supply bulb too much to cause this problem or do I have other issues.

Last time the boat (pontoon) was running it ran without any evidence of a problem. Installed new water pump at the beginning of season and all seemed good.

Probably carbs flooded and filled crankcase with gas, need to change oil and rebuild carbs.
