yamaha 9.9hp cooling

Why do I not have anything coming from pee hole but motor is not overheating?? Yes, I have flushed the line both directions with a hose and get water both ways...it seems. I assume the intake is through the prop shaft. I did have water coming out a few weeks ago...Thanks

Pee hose is probably plugged up.
