8 horse fuel pump?

I have a 1992 8MSHQ for a kicker motor. It starts fine and runs great as long as you keep pumping the bulb. I believe it is the fuel pump. When I looked at the parts list it did not show a fuel pump. Do you have to order all the parts seperately? Any input would be greatly appreciated!!

The fuel pump is built into carb, number 30,31,33 and 34 in diagram are the fuel pump parts. http://www.boats.net/parts/search/Ya...TOR/parts.html

It could be a air leak in fuel hose connections, fuel hose or a fuel pump problem.
