2001 F115 not running at idol

After cruising at about 3600 rpms running to the fishing grounds, my port side motor dies when I let off the throttle. It runs fine at the higher rpms, and will restart when I let it sit for a minute when it quits. I checked the fuel filter and there is no water in it.

Start with a compression(and leak down test if compression off) and fuel system test. Check idle control valve and throttle position sensor.

Trying to find the throttle position sensor on parts page, but its not listed as such on the F115. What part do I need?

It's on top of throttle body, 68V-85885-00-00 Number 17 in diagram
