water in gear oil

We have a 5hp 2 stroke long shaft that is leaking gear oil with water in it! I have ordered a gasket set and water pump repair kit, but not sure if that is even what we need. If anyone has any idea what it could be I would appreciate the imput.

Probably need to replace all seals in lower unit.

i ordered the gasket set and waterpump repair kit from your web site on 9/17 and due to a ****ch in your system the order is just shipping today and ground : (....and i even requested 3 day shipping!

i hope those two have all the gaskets and seals we need.
