Oil Tank Pump Warranty Question

My Engines are under warranty until 2010. Got an oil alarm last weekend and noticed the tank on the engine was low. Tried manually drawing oil in with the switch to no avail. Pulled the tank on that engine to find the pump is not working.

Is the pump on the tank under warranty?

The oil pump should be covered but wire harness may not be.
