HPDI Fuel problems

I have a 2001 regulator with twin 200HPDI's. I use the boat qiute frequently and recently started having fuel issues after about 80hours. My water separators have a gritty substance that looks like sand and it drys to a white powder. This is clogging my vst filters. I recently had the fuel pumped out of the boat and filtered back in. It lasted about ten hours before everything clogged again. Does anyone have any experience with this problem and a solution would be greatly apprieciated.

I just had the fuel pumped out. We didnt see any water in the fuel.

I just added 160gallons of fresh fuel after having the the old fuel filtered.

I just did everything exept the injectors wich i will have done over the winter but first i have to solve this problem with the fuel. After servicing the VST's, cleaning the hi preesure screen and all the filters and having the fuel filtered through one micron filters i only got another ten hours before having the filters clog again.

Are you getting gas from the same place. Just a thought, maybe you are getting bad gas from the same place.

yes i am useing the same fuel but i talked to another guy with the same year regulator with the same HPDI motors using the same fuel and he has no problems.
I've talked to several guys at the dock and there all O.K. When i take off the VST filter as the fuel evaporates it leaves a white film over the screen and inside the VST tank. No one i've talked to has seen this. I've been to several yamaha mechanics. I dont know what step to take next.
