1994 130 vs 1998 115hp

Hi,

I have a 1994 130hp and am about to pickup a 1998 115hp Parts motor. I cross checked some of the engine parts using the website and a lot of them are the same. For example the heads are the same (part I need).

My question is what is the different between the 130 and the 115? They look almost identical. Is it just the carbs?

Are these differences in the Block? or are they just in the reeds and the carbs?
