Yamaha 20hp 1972 propeller

Dear all,

Several days ago I managed to loose the propeller and the screwcap for our eternally lasting Yamaha 20hp (the security clip rusted away) and I am now looking for a replacement. This is an old propeller and I don't know where to even begin to look. I have measured the dimensions of the axis in case it helps. I would appreciate any suggestions and hints!

We wouldn't have any parts or parts listing for a 1972 model, Yamaha didn't come to USA until 1984.

Many thanks for your reply -- that explains a lot. We bought our Yamaha second-hand in Europe and I would hate to part from it because it's been working for 36 straight years without a hiccup. I am attaching a photo (the best I could find) in hope that someone might say "oh sure, it's the same as the 198x model"
