1988 Twin 150's

I have twin 1988 150 yamaha's with hydraulic steering. On the piston there are 2 for lack of a better word ears or Z brackets connected to the one motors to attach the steering piston. Where can I get these two brackets.

Is this a front mount cylinder, what make and model number? There should be a number on cylinder, we would need that number to get the parts.
