F60 bracket Dimensions

I'm currently building a boat and was wondering if anyone has the actual hole dimensions for the F60. Id like to place the upper two bolts above the splash well and the lower two bolts under the well. With my luck I'd place the well base dead smack in the middle.

I was also wondering what the difference was betweem the F60TLR and the T60TLR.

The top holes are 12.8 inches apart and 2 inches down from top of transom. Thye bottom bolts are 10 inches apart and 10 from top of transom.
