2003 60 yamaha 4 stroke boggs down at take off

As Stated Motor Boggs Down At 3/4 Throttle During Take Off.
You Can Ease Into Eat Little By Little And Runs Fine But Does Not Do It Every Time.

Probably need to clean carbs.

Definetly sounds like carbs. My 02' F60 did the same thing and was corrected when I rebuilt the carbs.
