Electrical Problem

Hi i have a 1992 75 hp Enduro outboard when run it it runs fine for like 2 minutes them it dropps in power like if it was running on two pistons i was wandering
is this what they call a hot shot or is my CDI going bad.

It could be CDI, Ignition coil or pulsor coil on a loss of fire problem.
