25" Shaft motor on bass boat

Are there any known issues with putting a 25" shaft outboard on a bass boat? I know bass boats are normally set up with a 20" shaft, but I found a really good buy on a '97 C150 25" shaft and would like to put it on my bass boat.

It's not going to perform very good, too much foot in water.

Get a jack plate for it. I run a 25" 150hp on my Stratos 180vt with a jack plate and push 75mph without any issues at all.
