MY 1999 YAMAHA OX66 SWS 250 HP DOES NOT HAVE AN EXTERNAL FLUSH ADAPTER. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THEY MAKE AND SELL ONE FOR THIS ENGINE?

No they make a kit, you would have to remove powerhead and change the adapter plate below engine to install the flush adapter. Number 18 at http://www.boats.net/parts/search/Ya...ING/parts.html
