Convert manual start to electric start

Hello,
Can a 1986 25SJ-6H7-S-002223 manual start motor be converted to electric start? If so, can anyone tell me what parts I need to do this? I am by no means a marine mechanic (or any other kind of mechanic for that mater ), so simple directions would be greatly appreciated!
