Outboard motor cover stolen

Is there a good place to get a replacement cover for my 40 HP 4-stroke Yamaha outboard? It's a 2001, and was recently swiped right off my boat. Two of my neighbors' covers were stolen the same day. I would consider a used cover, if it fits. Meanwhile, I got a plastic garbage bag strapped over the motor. HELP! What's a lady to do???

When I DO get a cover, is there a way to chain it to the boat or the motor? I do not want this to happen again.

I have a 50 hp cover if you're interested. I dont know if it will fit but i'm pretty sure it will. As for chaining the cover good luck.
