250 yamaha losing rpms

I am having a problem with my starboard motor especially at WOT I am losing about 300 rpms. it tries and works for a little then lose it again. it is a 1994 250hp saltwater series. Any ideas???

when you a fuel pressure test. do you mean taking the hose off the fuel pump to see if is pumping? or is there another way to do it.

I had to readjust the fuel mixture because i was burning alot of oil. could i have fouled up a crab???

i replaced them with new plugs

i adjusrted the oil rod. any other ideas
