Though pressure is important what is just as important is that the cylinders are within 10%-15% of each other. This tells you that the cylinders are wearing evenly and getting the right fuel/oil that the engine needs. 100-110 cold is not that bad. If it's running properly and you're happy with the performance you can get another 3-5 years out of it without seeing the readings change. If you were down to 85-90 it would be time for new rings.
