3hp Yamaha Carb Rebuild

I am rebuilding the carb on a 1999 3hp Yamaha. Does anyone know how many turns are required on the idle set screw?

Adjust the idle screw to reach 1200 rpm idle speed.
Pilot screws are set at 1 1/4 turns.
