What would be the best way to get a look at Technical Bulletin no 099-024 dated December 3 1999. From my understanding this will show the new & old tubes in the cylinder passage way.

knock at idle

Boats.net - could you please send me the Technical Bulletin No.099-024. I have a 2007 200 HPDI and am wanting to check this tube for carbon build up to see if it may be the cause of some knocking at idle, i.e. this tube going up and down while the engine idles.
