Hi all--
I'm new here and have a question regarding my old motor. This is a 1994/95 25hp 2-stroke engine which has very few hours on it. When I winterized it last year I removed the battery and stored it in by heated basement, blocked up on 2 by 4's. Just got my old 'toon boat back in the water and when I put the battery back in with a fresh charge nothing happens. No solenoid click, no nothing. The charger indicated the battery is good as does my multimeter. Any ideas would be deeply appreciated. The motor runs fine with the rope pull, but I'm too old for a rope pull!
