Oil tank maintenance

I own twin 01' 250hp ox66 motors. I was wondering if there is any maintenance that should be done to the onboard oil tank and the oil tank mounted on the engine? Are there any filters or screens that should be replaced or cleaned? I was noticing that the stb engine oil tank is not completely filled to the arrow like the port side tank. Thanks

Yes, On the engine oil tank there is a short hose on bottom of oil tank, it is a water trap and needs to be removed and cleaned if find water then both oil tanks need to be cleaned. There is an oil filter on boat oil tank in back of tank, oil tank will have to be removed from bracket to gain access to change filter.
