I have a 2001 C90TLRZ. Question is it the hot horn will come on after running over 5000 rpms for about a mile. Running under 5000 rpms the hot horn never comes on. I have replaced the water pump, thermostat, took the side cover off and cleaned it, pulled the head and cleaned it out. Hot horn still comes on over 5000 rpms. Any thing I maight have over looked?

The water jackets maybe clogged up i just did mine and ran it today 5400 no problem take off heads and clean out jackets.put new head gaskets onit and run it change thermos to

I cleaned the water jacket still runs hot over 5000. Not sure where else to look. Should water come out the exhaust on the motor. Had an older model 115 that the water would come out the exhaust. No water comes out the 90.Comment
