93 yamaha stern drive w broken transom plate housing

I have just acquired a 93 proline with a yamaha sterndrive. The plate which bolts to the outside of the transom has a piece missing out of it. I am trying to find another plate. My sterndrive is fine. Any ideas on where to obtain one?
