Enrichment Solenoids 1993 TX-250

I keep having recurring problems with the enrichment solenoids sticking open and the motors flooding out at idle. I can pull and clean them and they will be fine for a while. Is there anything else to try besides replacing them all? Are they used only for idle/starting, or do they open to add more fuel at other points in the power band also?

It sounds like replacing them would be the best way to solve problem
