N.American or world market model

Hello , I am trying to establish the differences if any between N. American Market models and the world market models . I am in the caribbean my dealer imports direct from Japan ( very slow) . I have a 08 F225 AETX. Four stroke Can I use parts from the states?

I have no way of knowing for sure if they are the same but I believe they are.
