prop selection

I currently own a C60TLRX Yammi 2 stroke (99) mounted on a 17' J series Carolina Skiff. Do any of you have any reccomendations for selecting a prop?

I have the same engine on my 1977 15ft Boston Whaler. Today I tried
a 13 1/4 x 15 and the rpm's went up to 6k which is too much. I will try a 17 pitch which is what I wanted when I picked up this prop from my local dealer but he told me I needed a 15 pitch. You need to be at 5500 wide open. A 17 pitch will lower the rpm's by 500....Rich
