When key switch is turned on, Alarm horn continues to sound and all 3 oil indicators flash and Tach reads "0". Engine cranks and runs fine up to estimated 2200-2400rpm, then runs rough which I believe to be proper due to the safety system. (speed based on starboard engine throttle position). I've verified upper and sub oil tank levels ok.
