2004 300 hpdi
I have have 1996 Grady White w/ twin 300 hpdi's that i bought used last year 180 appox hours on each.Port engine has developed a problem it will not rev up past 2500 rpms/stumbles/hesitates...All filters, high pressure filter,both LP pumps,canister filter theromstats have been replaced...I am stumped these engines ran flawless last season.What could have happened over the winter months to have this type of issue..any info would be appreciated.

May be going into rpm reduction, test buzzer by grounded pink lead at temp sensor on cylinder head. Buzzer should sound with key on. May have a high fuel pressure problem, have it put on the computer diagnostic to check high fuel pressure. -
Tested fuel pressure at canister 75psi the manual says 45 psi ? removed line to mid filter to injector pump/ pressure and volume seem to be fine..could i have clogged injectors??? But i will check the pink wire if the alarm does not go off then what??.....Comment
