'04 200 HPDI cuts out at idle

new member here guys, looking for a little insight.

I'm running twins 04 200HP (HPDI) both run fine but this year the starboard motor cut out and stalls at an idle but runs perfectly fine once I drop it from neutral into gear. Port motor has no problem at all.

A big thanks to anyone that might have a suggestion, my manuals should be here on Monday and I hope to have a good head start

Been there - done that. They were both running great until just as I was putting the boat away for the season. Went from the slip to the ramp and noticed that the one motor stalled at idle. Again, once I dropped it into gear she ran fine.

Anybody else have a similiar prob?
