1999 F9.9 trouble starting

Hi

I have a 1999 F9.9 which is very hard to start and requires "pumping" of the throttle to keep it running. I have replaced the cold start solenoid and cleaned the carb. Any ideas?

Sounds like there are still pluged passages's in carb.
